The following are not WestHub sub-processors but are services the Customer may
elect to connect to their WestHub tenant. When a Customer connects one of these, the Customer
authorizes data flow between WestHub and the third party at their direction.
| Service | Use case |
| Zoho (Books, Desk) | Accounting and helpdesk sync at Customer election. |
| WooCommerce | E-commerce order import for tenants with a connected store. |
| Peplink Partner API / InControl 2 | Network device monitoring for Customers with Peplink hardware. |
| Microsoft Graph (Outlook, Teams) | Mail and calendar sync at Customer election. |
| Google Workspace | Mail and calendar sync at Customer election. |
Hosting and infrastructure
WestHub's primary application servers, mail servers, and SQL databases are operated by
West Networks, LLC on infrastructure West Networks owns and controls (Proxmox virtualization,
BGP-anycast routing, Always On availability groups). We do not use a hyperscaler cloud provider
for primary compute or primary storage of Customer Content. Backup storage is described in our
Data Processing Addendum.
